We were on our way home from Tx when I took this picture.. we had been in the car for 5+ hrs.. we had just made it to the hotel in Shreveport...needless to say, he was ecstatic! (probably because he was out of his carseat!)

A day in Sugar Land

While we were in Texas, we had a BLAST! On Sunday, we spent the day in Sugar Land (where we lived when I was born). We went to Chuck E Cheese, went shopping at Town Center Mall, and then went to The Cheesecake Factory! What a day!!!!

American Honey

For Spring Break, Greyson, Mama, Trant, and I went to Mom's (my grandmother) house in Texas. It's funny how everytime I go there, I think about my childhood and things that made going to my grandparent's house special. Sometimes it seems like yesterday I was running around their yard...It's so neat to see my child doing the same things that I remember doing not too long ago.. I don't know if he'll ever know how much that place means to me,but it looks like we're off to a good start.....

the BIG 3-0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today Chad turns the BIG 30!!!! Whew!!!! We celebrated his and Destin's birthdays this past weekend. Lauren, Destin, Chad, and I went to Tunica and stayed Friday and Saturday night.. we had a BLAST!!!! Greyson stayed with BB and T on Friday night, then with Mimi and Pops Saturday night. It was the first time we've left him that long. We did okay, and he was spoiled rotten!!!

Happy birthday, Chad Kyle! I cannot imagine my life without you. I thank God everyday for you. . You are such a wonderful husband and Daddy.
