Monday (tomorrow) at 10:00 Chad is having surgery on his mouth. He has alot of gum recession (which, in this case, is hereditary) and has to have an Acellular Dermal Matrix Allograft done. Translation: They are going to attach donor tissue across his gum line, all the way across his front teeth and one on the bottom. At first we thought they were going to take grafts from Chad's palate, but the periodontist decided that this would be the better option. I am relieved because that means it's less that has to heal. Please pray that he won't be in alot of pain and that the surgery goes well.
