Busy Weekend

This weekend was nonstop... Chad and I stayed the night in Jackson Friday for our anniversary. We went to Nagoya's (my fav!) and to a movie Friday night. Greyson stayed his FIRST time away from home without Mama and Daddy. He went to BB and T's house, then went to Mimi and Pops' Sat. morning. We got up Sat and went shopping. Chad surprised me with a brand new REALLY nice camera! I had been complaining about mine for a while... if you are a regular on the blog, you KNOW I take ALOT of pictures. I am so excited! We also got Greyson a new carseat and he LOVES it! Very roomy!

I LOVE my pool!!!

I got Greyson this pool last summer before he was born. So, I'm sure you can well imagine how excited I've been to get it out so he can 'swim'. I was thrilled because he LOVED it! I thought he would because of how much he loves bathtime. I see alot of pool time in our future!

What is it about picking grass that's so amazing? Daddy cut it this afternoon.. maybe he was just helping Daddy get a headstart.....

Almost Four years

It was 4 years ago today we were on our way to Florida to get married. We had a beach wedding at El Matador Resort on Okaloosa Island on May 29th. (10 miles from Destin) Thinking back 4 years ago... the excitement of getting married, being nervous that everything would go as planned, being newlyweds.... now I think about what these 4 years have brought....I have always had an amazing life, but I can honestly say I am the happiest I have ever been..life is wonderful. Our marriage, Greyson, our families, and friends..... life is amazing. Thank you God for this WONDERFUL, AMAZING life!

Graduation

My brother, Trant, graduated Friday night..all our family came from Texas! We had a great time even though we got rained on... I cannot believe he has graduated. I can remember when 2009 seemed so far away. Congratulations Trant! We are so proud of you and we know you will go far! We love you so much!

Oh my gosh.. I love these kind of pictures of kids when their parents spike their hair into an alfalfa sprout.. so I couldn't pass up the opportunity... (even though he'll probably kill me for taking this pic when he gets older...he's got sooo much hair, it's so hard to fight the temptation.....)

Mama's Day

Happy Mother's Day! Now that I am a Mommy, I understand how much this day means...I've shed a few happy tears this weekend. I am so grateful for Chad and Greyson...and, of course, for our moms!
